A well-established and respected name in the classic car industry is looking for a Customer Sales Executive/Parts Advisor to join its dedicated sales team. This is an opportunity to work with a heritage brand that supplies specialist parts to a global customer base of classic car enthusiasts.
The Role
As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll support customers throughout their buying journey – from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up. You’ll be expected to deliver outstanding service, advise customers on the most suitable parts and products, and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising customers on appropriate parts and products
- Providing professional support via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Managing quotes, backorders, and inventory coordination
- Recording accurate customer data in the CRM system
- Continuously developing product knowledge to support sales performance
About You
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- A genuine interest in classic cars is highly desirable
- Experience in the motor trade or hands-on automotive knowledge is beneficial
- Confident using CRM platforms and standard office software
- Aligned with the company’s values of professionalism, passion, and progress
- Knowledge of a second language – particularly German – is a plus
