Temporary HR Business Partner – 4 Weeks (August)

  • Hybrid – 2 days in office (Warwick), 3 days remote
  • £20 – £25 per hour, depending on experience
  • Potential Start Date: 28th July

Are you an experienced HR professional available immediately and looking for a short-term contract this summer? We’re recruiting for a Temporary HR Business Partner to support a busy HR team for a 4-week assignment during August. This role offers a great mix of strategic HR support and hands-on delivery, making it ideal for someone confident in managing people-related challenges and learning initiatives.

What’s on Offer:

  • Hourly rate between £20 and £30, depending on experience

  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office (Warwick/Leamington/Stratford/Coventry area), 3 days from home

  • Opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive global HR team

  • A varied role supporting both generalist HR functions and Learning & Development projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR support to managers, including coaching, employee relations, and performance management

  • Assist with the delivery of people-related initiatives, supporting cultural and organisational change

  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support Learning & Development programmes, particularly for early talent (graduates/apprentices)

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are legally compliant and consistently applied

  • Track and report on training and development outcomes

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A confident HR generalist with experience in employee relations, coaching managers, and delivering people initiatives

  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)

  • Based locally (Warwick, Leamington, Stratford, Coventry) and available for office-based work 2 days per week

  • Crucially, you must be fully available throughout August (holidays during this period will not be workable due to the short-term nature of the role)
