We’re seeking for a Field Sales Representativeto cover Chester, The Wirral, Crewe, Stockport, Wrexham, and Oswestry. This is a field-focused role where you’ll take ownership of your territory, drive growth, and strengthen partnerships with network partners and retailers. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your patch, using a consultative approach to spot opportunities, protect market share, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities of Field Sales Representative
- Achieve regional sales targets and KPIs through proactive business development.
- Build and execute business plans with partners to boost performance and revenue.
- Use CRM systems and data insights to maximise efficiency and conversion.
- Negotiate strong commercial agreements to protect market position.
- Manage pricing strategies and commercial decisions to optimise profitability.
- Promote compliance and safety standards across your network.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through territory planning, relationship building, and asset optimisation.
Requirement of Field Sales Representative
- Proven B2B and B2C sales experience – ideally in a field-based or account management role.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience creating and delivering strategic business plans.
- Confident using CRM systems and analysing performance data.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and numerical abilities.
