The Role
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Retrofit Assessors who want to build a long-term career within the retrofit industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation at an exciting stage of growth.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Completing Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS2035 requirements.
- Carrying out detailed property surveys using the latest digital tools (including Matterport 3D capture).
- Gathering accurate data to support Retrofit Coordinators and Designers in delivering effective energy efficiency strategies.
- Engaging with residents to ensure a smooth assessment experience and providing professional advice where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with our wider team to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of Level 3 Domestic Retrofit Assessor qualification (essential).
- A passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and the retrofit sector.
- A professional, detail-focused approach to surveys and reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and clients.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
