Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Proactively grow and manage an SME customer portfolio through outbound sales activity
- Source and convert new business opportunities using provided data and self-generated leads
- Engage decision-makers via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with energy supplier partners
- Deliver high levels of customer service to maximise retention and lifetime value
- Ensure all sales activity meets internal compliance, regulatory, and industry standards
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ sales executive experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Confident building relationships over the phone and via email
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable managing your own workload and taking ownership of outcomes
- Energy industry experience is desirable but not essential
