Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  • Proactively grow and manage an SME customer portfolio through outbound sales activity
  • Source and convert new business opportunities using provided data and self-generated leads
  • Engage decision-makers via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with energy supplier partners
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to maximise retention and lifetime value
  • Ensure all sales activity meets internal compliance, regulatory, and industry standards


About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales executive experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Confident building relationships over the phone and via email
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing your own workload and taking ownership of outcomes
  • Energy industry experience is desirable but not essential
