CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
- Salary: £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday only — no weekends, no shift work

Our client is a growing logistics and fulfilment business based in Warwick, providing specialist services to a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. With a friendly, close-knit office team of 10, they are expanding rapidly and have created this brand-new role to support their growing client base.
This is a permanent, fully office-based position. No hybrid or remote working.
As a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator you will:
- Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact for our client's fashion and lifestyle customers
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and maintaining accurate records
- Support e-commerce operations with order processing, tracking and fulfilment queries
- Coordinate with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
- Maintain accurate data across internal systems
- Take full ownership of customer queries through to resolution
- Play an active part in the business as it continues to grow
The Customer Service and Operations Coordinator will have:
- Proven experience in inventory control or stock management
- A background in e-commerce operations or order processing
- A confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy
- Good IT skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with an ERP or WMS system
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, busy environment
- Someone who is looking to grow with a business for the long term
