Ecommerce Manager (D2C, WooCommerce / Shopify) – Kenilworth, Warwickshire – £36,000 to £40,000 + Performance Bonus

Have you owned a D2C website and run the marketing behind it yourself?

Our client is an award-winning, design-led lifestyle products brand based near Kenilworth. Their products are designed in-house and sold through thousands of retailers and concept stores worldwide. They’re now looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of their direct-to-consumer channel and grow it.

The business is well established and mostly B2B, and it is committed to building the D2C side. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, who will trust you to run the channel and make the calls.#

What’s on offer:

  • £36,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
  • Annual performance-based bonus linked to ecommerce growth
  • Full ownership of a channel the business is investing in
  • Real progression as the company grows, with a new brand launch on the way
  • The chance to work on a premium, award-winning product range

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning D2C ecommerce revenue, conversion rate and average order value
  • Managing and improving the website
  • Planning, running and optimising Google Ads, paid social, SEO and email yourself
  • Growing Amazon sales through strong listings and positioning while protecting full RRP.
  • Supporting the wholesale team with digital activity and keeping the brand consistent across every channel
  • Reporting on traffic, conversion, AOV and ROAS, and making the case for what to change

What you’ll need:

  • At least 2 to 3 years in an in-house ecommerce role where you personally ran the website and its performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce or Shopify (ideally both)
  • A commercial mindset: you understand margin and ROI, not just traffic
  • The confidence to work autonomously in a small, close-knit team
  • Amazon or other marketplace experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience with a consumer products, lifestyle or design-led brand is desirable

Please note: This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, near Kenilworth (CV8). It isn’t hybrid or remote, so you’ll need to be within a comfortable daily commute. It isn’t suited to agency, freelance or social media-only backgrounds.
