Logistics Coordinator - Europe

Warwick | Up to £35,000 DOE

Our client, an established freight forwarding and logistics company based in Warwick, is looking for a Logistics Coordinatorto join their close-knit operations team.

Whether you're an experienced operator with a couple of years under your belt, or a motivated junior looking to build a career in European freight, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team handling groupage, full loads, part loads and customs across Europe and the UK.

What's on offer:

• Salary up to £35,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday only - no weekends, no shift work

• Working hours: 08:00–16:30
• Hands-on training and development for the right candidate

Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator:

• Managing an existing portfolio of customers
• Arranging collections and deliveries across Europe and the UK
• Join a small, close-knit team of specialists
• Handling customer queries and providing quotations
• Coordinating international and domestic transport movements

The Logistics Coordinator we're looking for will have:

• Around 2-3 years' experience in European road freight (groupage, full/part loads, customs) or a motivated junior with the right attitude
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers daily
• Team player who enjoys a fast-paced, varied role
