- Lead market pricing and margin analysis, assessing input costs against output prices to support informed commercial decision-making.
- Support the development of commercially competitive products that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
- Lead technical due diligence, risk assessments and supplier capability reviews.
- Support supplier audits and drive improvements in quality, consistency and technical capability.
- Establish and maintain business continuity plans for critical products, suppliers, tooling and technical data.
- Identify and mitigate technical and supply chain risks to protect business continuity and customer satisfaction.

- Build a high-performing technical and product function through effective leadership, coaching and performance management.
- Work cross-functionally to improve collaboration, streamline processes and deliver measurable business improvements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, product quality and commercial awareness.
- Significant experience in technical leadership, product management, product engineering or a similar senior product-focused role.
- Experience developing and delivering product and technical strategies within a multi-product business.
- A strong understanding of product compliance, regulatory approvals, quality management and technical documentation.
- Proven experience leading and developing technical, engineering or product management teams.
- A track record of driving product quality improvements, root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Commercial awareness, including product costing, pricing, margin analysis and value engineering.
- Experience managing suppliers, conducting technical assessments and improving supplier performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with ERP systems, product data and technical records.
- The ability to influence stakeholders across functions and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- A structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement.
Experience operating at Group level or across multiple markets would be advantageous, as would experience with new product development frameworks and product certification processes.
