Customer Service Key Accounts Executive – Warwick. FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL JULY 2027

The role
As a Customer Service Key Accounts Executive you will be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of important customers. You will:
- Manage the day-to-day running of your key accounts, from order to delivery
- Process orders accurately and on time, using SAP
- Own customer queries and resolve them first time, keeping customers updated at every step
- Track deliveries with logistics partners and sort any issues quickly
- Prepare for and attend customer meetings, spotting opportunities to improve the service
- Work closely with Sales, Service and wider teams to keep everyone informed
- Be part of a customer service team that aims to be a centre of excellence
About you
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in an account handling, order processing or customer support role
- SAP experience (or a similar ERP system) is highly desirable
- Confident with Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
- Organised, accurate and calm when priorities change
- A natural relationship builder with great written and spoken communication
- A genuine passion for customer service excellence

- Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, no weekends
