We’re supporting a well-established business based in Leamington that supplies specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector. They’re now looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service with internal administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities of an Administrator:
You’ll play a central role in the smooth running of operations, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring internal teams have the support they need. Typical duties include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Providing administrative support to colleagues in the UK and abroad
- Organising logistics for machinery dispatch and delivery
- Processing spares enquiries and orders
- Coordinating schedules and supporting team workflows
- Maintaining accurate records and managing internal data systems
Requirements of an Administrator:
